ed="T"/>切姓婆罗门上，今此言诠亦复如是。</p> <lb n="0169b13" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169b1301">此理不然。所以者何？彼婆罗门何姓何命？复 <lb n="0169b14" ed="T"/>云何知？行业云何？如何得此婆罗门名？又此 <lb n="0169b15" ed="T"/>围陀，云何称正？帝释元因，云何旁生？旁生云 <lb n="0169b16" ed="T"/>何生于月天、日天元因，复生旁生风天、火 <lb n="0169b17" ed="T"/>天、水天元因，辗转往来？云何如是？</p> <lb n="0169b18" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169b1801">又彼妄执，天中死已复生天中，人中死已复 <lb n="0169b19" ed="T"/>生人中，旁生亦然。四围陀内作此说者，皆非 <lb n="0169b20" ed="T"/>正理。此命是何？何因名命？婆罗门等亦复如 <lb n="0169b21" ed="T"/>是。</p> <lb n="0169b22" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169b2201">又汝外道婆罗门言：正典所说，婆啰帝山产 <lb n="0169b23" ref="#CB02488">𪆁</g>鹅鹿之类，生在人中<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169011" n="0169011"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169011" n="0169011"/>俱噜 <lb n="0169b25" ed="T"/>乞晒<note place="inline">二合，此云福地</note>，从彼死已生在婆罗门中，解四围 <lb n="0169b26" ed="T"/>论。</p> <lb n="0169b27" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169b2701">此等禽兽鹿鹅鸳鸯出生人中，彼兽之命，是 <lb n="0169b28" ed="T"/>婆罗门、非婆罗门？所以者何？彼命若是，而非 <lb n="0169b29" ed="T"/>禽兽；彼命若非，彼生婆罗。此言非理。</p> <pb n="0169c" ed="T" xml:id="T32.1642.0169c"/> <lb n="0169c01" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169c0101">婆罗门执，四围陀论是万法本，亦号真如，非 <lb n="0169c02" ed="T"/>于馀姓而许受食。</p> <lb n="0169c03" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169c0301">于首陀处数数受利，正违自宗，何名净行？由 <lb n="0169c04" ed="T"/>此亦非真婆罗门。</p> <lb n="0169c05" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169c0501">又四围陀婆罗门法，妄执正命及于正法婆 <lb n="0169c06" ed="T"/>罗门种。亦复非理。云何正法？种姓间杂何名 <lb n="0169c07" ed="T"/>最上？所以者何？非最间杂，其事云何？</p> <lb n="0169c08" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169c0801">且如父名那<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169012" n="0169012"/><anchor ed="T"/>父名迦痴那，其子亦名迦痴那。又如父名婆左 <lb n="0169c13" ed="T"/>虞腊么<note place="inline">二合</note>，其子乃名<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169016" n="0169016"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169016" ed="T"/>父名<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169019" n="0169019"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169019" n="0169019"/>底逸底哩，其子乃名底帝哩<g ref="#CB00761">𠯆</g><note place="inline">尼所引</note>迦。 <lb n="0169c16" ed="T"/>又如父名捺啰<note place="inline">二合</note><g ref="#CB00805">𤚥</g>，子名<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169020" n="0169020"/>仙觉。又如母名野 <lb n="0169c17" ed="T"/>鹿採鱼人生，其子乃名<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169021" n="0169021"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169021" n="0169021"/>嚩野<note place="inline">二合</note>僧子觉乞晒 <lb n="0169c18" ed="T"/><note place="inline">二合</note>。 <lb n="0169c19" ed="T"/>母是<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169023" n="0169023"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169023" n="0169023"/>毡陀罗，子名<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169024" n="0169024"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169024" n="0169024"/>嚩瑟姹<note place="inline">二合</note>。母名<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169025" n="0169025"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169025" n="0169025"/>乌哩 <lb n="0169c20" ed="T"/>嚩<note place="inline">二合</note>尸，天所生女，非婆罗门。如上所说，何因 <lb n="0169c21" ed="T"/>固执言婆罗门人间最上？又如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169026" xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169027" n="0169027"/>戌噜 <lb n="0169c22" ed="T"/><note place="inline">二合</note>底经正亦非理，是故所有婆罗门法道理 <lb n="0169c23" ed="T"/>亦非。</p> <lb n="0169c24" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169c2401">又如所执婆罗门法，新肉紫矿及盐等物， <lb n="0169c25" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169028" n="0169028"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0169028" n="0169028"/>戌陀应受，汝婆罗门勿宜受之。今何不尔？</p> <lb n="0169c26" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0169c2601">又如彼计，乳卖婆罗门行虚空，堕落非婆罗 <lb n="0169c27" ed="T"/>门。食肉堕空，非理亦尔。是故应知，买卖乳肉 <lb n="0169c28" ed="T"/>婆罗门，非戌陀之法。由此当知，一切非食肉 <lb n="0169c29" ed="T"/>乳等人及非买卖，皆总得名婆罗门<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0169029" n="0169029"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0169029" n="0169029"/><anchor xml:id="beg0169029" n="0169029"/>邪<anchor xml:id="end0169029"/>。是故 <pb n="0170a" ed="T" xml:id="T32.1642.0170a"/> <lb n="0170a01" ed="T"/>应知，乳肉计卖非婆罗门，妄执非法。</p> <lb n="0170a02" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a0201">又世间姓妄执最上，亦非正法。如刹帝利，毘 <lb n="0170a03" ed="T"/>舍，戌达各执最上，应皆总名婆罗门姓。</p> <lb n="0170a04" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a0401">又执苦身名婆罗门，诸有苦身，一切总应名 <lb n="0170a05" ed="T"/>婆罗门。</p> <lb n="0170a06" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a0601">又彼妄执杀婆罗门而获罪重，害彼眷属获 <lb n="0170a07" ed="T"/>罪亦尔。复执彼从净天口生，刹帝利姓彼天 <lb n="0170a08" ed="T"/>身上，毘舍首陀身足而生。若杀于彼，故获重 <lb n="0170a09" ed="T"/>罪。</p> <lb n="0170a10" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a1001">彼执非理。所以者何？应杀馀姓，其罪非有，害 <lb n="0170a11" ed="T"/>馀眷属非有亦然。由是妄执，不契正理。</p> <lb n="0170a12" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a1201">又彼所执，破壞彼行、破壞檀行，及彼受施，若 <lb n="0170a13" ed="T"/>智若身皆获重罪。</p> <lb n="0170a14" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a1401">此不应然。所以者何？身智之中何者得名号 <lb n="0170a15" ed="T"/>婆罗门？应首陀等皆有身智，悉应得名婆罗 <lb n="0170a16" ed="T"/>门邪。</p> <lb n="0170a17" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a1701">又彼妄执，解四围陀及<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170001" n="0170001"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0170001" n="0170001"/>弥<g ref="#CB00805">𤚥</g>婆，幷<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170002" n="0170002"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0170002" n="0170002"/>僧佉论 <lb n="0170a18" ed="T"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170003" n="0170003"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0170003" n="0170003"/>尾世史迦，乃至诸论皆悉了达，名婆罗门。</p> <lb n="0170a19" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a1901">此理亦非，如首陀等亦解彼论、晓了彼義，应 <lb n="0170a20" ed="T"/>皆得名婆罗门耶？</p> <lb n="0170a21" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a2101">若修苦行名婆罗门，彼首陀等亦能行之，应 <lb n="0170a22" ed="T"/>亦得名婆罗门耶？</p> <lb n="0170a23" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a2301">解诸術数名婆罗门，彼採鱼人及诸乐人，了 <lb n="0170a24" ed="T"/>解術数种种差别，亦可得名婆罗门耶？</p> <lb n="0170a25" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a2501">是故应知，行非婆罗门、业非婆罗门、檀行受 <lb n="0170a26" ed="T"/>者非婆罗门。</p> <lb n="0170a27" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170a2701">彼刹帝利、毘舍、首陀亦能行之，应皆得名婆 <lb n="0170a28" ed="T"/>罗门耶？是故应知，非族、非业、非行、非生，乃至 <lb n="0170a29" ed="T"/>于德名婆罗门。</p> <pb n="0170b" ed="T" xml:id="T32.1642.0170b"/> <lb n="0170b01" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b0101">彼因何立日如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170004" n="0170004"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0170004" n="0170004"/>军那花？亦似白月，離一切染、 <lb n="0170b02" ed="T"/>善修勝行，威仪无缺、戒行具足，善伏诸根，除 <lb n="0170b03" ed="T"/>断烦恼，无我无人、離诸执著，及贪嗔痴悉皆 <lb n="0170b04" ed="T"/>远離，如是乃名真婆罗门。</p> <lb n="0170b05" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b0501">又離爱染乃至畜牲，不生贪著，修淸净行，名 <lb n="0170b06" ed="T"/>婆罗门。</p> <lb n="0170b07" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b0701">是故得知此速骨噜<note place="inline">二合</note>大仙所说，此婆罗门 <lb n="0170b08" ed="T"/>非姓非业、非德非行、亦非工巧。如旃陀罗，善 <lb n="0170b09" ed="T"/>四围陀、工巧艺能德行具足，应可得名婆罗 <lb n="0170b10" ed="T"/>门耶？是故应知，非命、非姓、非智、非身，亦非业 <lb n="0170b11" ed="T"/>行，名婆罗门。</p> <lb n="0170b12" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b1201">又如首陀，苦行修学解四围陀，获五通仙。汝 <lb n="0170b13" ed="T"/>婆罗门云何奉侍此下种姓？又彼仙道四姓 <lb n="0170b14" ed="T"/>皆得，云何馀姓名非最上？</p> <lb n="0170b15" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b1501">又如帝释，往修善业得生彼天，本下种姓。彼 <lb n="0170b16" ed="T"/>经正文作如是说：此婆伽<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170005" n="0170005"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0170005" n="0170005"/><anchor xml:id="beg0170005" n="0170005"/>晚<anchor xml:id="end0170005"/>及于帝释，彼下 <lb n="0170b17" ed="T"/>种姓。如是征诘，一准于前。又彼所说，大自 <lb n="0170b18" ed="T"/>在天及于天后口中，生彼帝释诸天及器世 <lb n="0170b19" ed="T"/>间，非从世间生大自在及生天后。本能生末、 <lb n="0170b20" ed="T"/>非末生本，是故此言违彼正说。本下种姓，云 <lb n="0170b21" ed="T"/>何妄执从彼而生？故知非理。又如首陀命终 <lb n="0170b22" ed="T"/>生彼大自在天，汝婆罗门云何奉侍彼下种 <lb n="0170b23" ed="T"/>姓？</p> <lb n="0170b24" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b2401">又如汝说婆罗门法，服气饵药、苦行绝食名 <lb n="0170b25" ed="T"/>婆罗门。</p> <lb n="0170b26" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b2601">彼首陀等亦能行之，此应得名婆罗门耶？</p> <lb n="0170b27" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b2701">又彼所执，于首陀处手中受食经于一月，现 <lb n="0170b28" ed="T"/>身变为首陀之身，後报生中决定作狗。</p> <lb n="0170b29" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170b2901">又婆罗门娶首陀女以为其妻，父母家神皆 <pb n="0170c" ed="T" xml:id="T32.1642.0170c"/> <lb n="0170c01" ed="T"/>悉远離，死入地狱。</p> <lb n="0170c02" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170c0201">此执非理，婆罗门姓与彼首陀有何差别？</p> <lb n="0170c03" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170c0301">如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170006" n="0170006"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_mod_0170006" n="0170006"/>迦痴那大仙，从于鹿胎而生，苦行修学乃 <lb n="0170c04" ed="T"/>证仙道。此仙岂可从婆罗门而乃生耶？</p> <lb n="0170c05" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170c0501">如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170007" n="0170007"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0170007" n="0170007"/>嚩野<note place="inline">二合</note>娑大仙，从<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170008" n="0170008"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_foreign_0170008" n="0170008"/>採鱼女之所生故，苦 <lb n="0170c06" ed="T"/>行修学而成仙道。此仙岂是婆罗门姓？是故 <lb n="0170c07" ed="T"/>妄执不契正理。</p> <lb n="0170c08" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0170c0801">又如<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0170009" n="0170009"/><anchor ed="T"/>志名婆罗门，应採鱼人、染师皮作及首陀等 <lb n="0171a03" ed="T"/>坚志苦行，应皆总名婆罗门耶？</p> <lb n="0171a04" ed="T"/><p xml:id="pT32p0171a0401">又执彼形编其髻发，腰带索繫，手执木杖，衣 <lb n="0171a05" ed="T"/>素俭食名婆罗门。馀戌陀等亦能行之，应此 <lb
